NEW RULES ~The show years will run starting Nov. 1, 2011 to Oct. 31, 2012, a365 day PAC show year. You must be a APHA and a WPHC member. Your old membership is good until Jan 1, 2012. Your points will not count until all fees have been paid and a copy of APHA membership and copy of reg. papers have been sent to PAC coordinator. 1. Horse must be registered with APHA (breeding stock is allowed). Registration papers are required with the enrollment form. 2. Exhibitor must be a current member of the Wisconsin Paint Horse Club and American Paint Horse Association ( must receive copy of APHA membership) prior to show date. 3. Tiny Tot or a member of his/her immediate family must be a current WPHC member. Tiny Tots must be age10 or under (age as of January 1st). Tiny Tot is not eligible to enter any other division. All participants receive awards. 4. An annual nomination fee of $20.00 per division plus registration papers copy must accompany the initial point form. This is in addition to WPHC membership. Make checks payable to WPHC. 5. Placings/points are per horse/exhibitor team. 6. Points carry over from year 2011, year after year for the Merit or Champion divisions; however, all point forms must be received by the Open Show coordinator within 15 days of the show date or they will not be counted. 7. Points accumulated as a Tiny Tot will transfer to Youth. Points accumulated as Youth will transfer to Adult. 8. The show year begins on November 1st and ends on October 31st of the next year. Point forms must be turned in no later then 15 days after the October 31st date to be counted. 9. Points for all divisions:

No maximum number of points at a single show. 11. Any show which is open to horses of all breeds and all colors can be used for this program. State 4-H shows are not eligible. 12. Champion and Reserve classes also count, so please include them. Please indicate the corresponding division and also the number of entries in the class. 13. Any show that is double judged counts as two shows - double points. 14. Point violators will be penalized by not receiving point for that show. DIVISIONS 1A. Youth Halter/Showmanship (18 & under) - Eligible classes: Halter or Showmanship 1B. Adult Halter/Showmanship (19 & over) - Eligible classes: Halter or Showmanship 2A Youth Western Pleasure (18 & under) - Eligible classes: Western Pleasure/Horsemanship, Bareback Pleasure/Horsemanship, Trail, Reining, Western Riding, Disciplined Rail, Egg & Spoon & Pleasure Driving . 2B. Adult Western Pleasure (19 & over) - Eligible classes: Western Pleasure/Horsemanship, Bareback Pleasure/Horsemanship, Trail, Reining, Western Riding, Disciplined Rail, Egg & Spoon & Pleasure Driving . 3A. Youth Hunt Seat Performance (18 & under) - Eligible classes: Hunt Seat Pleasure/Equitation, Hunter Hack, Over Fences, Equitation Over Fences, Bareback Pleasure Equitation, Disciplined Rail, Egg & Spoon & Pleasure Driving. 3B. Adult Hunt Seat Performance (19 & over) - Eligible classes: Hunt Seat Pleasure/Equitation, Hunter Hack, Over Fences, Equitation Over Fences, Bareback Pleasure Equitation, Disciplined Rail, Egg & Spoon & Pleasure Driving. 4A. Youth Speed Performance (18 & under) - Eligible classes: Barrels, Poles, Plug, Flags, Egg & Spoon, Roping, Team Penning or any timed event. 4B. Adult Speed Performance (19 & over) - Eligible classes: Barrels, Poles, Plug, Flags, Egg & Spoon, Roping, Team Penning or any timed event. 5. Dressage (all ages). 6. Tiny Tot (10 & under) - may not enter any other division. AWARDS Year end High Point and Reserve in each division. The Open Show Program Coordinator has the right to combine divisions if there are less then 4 participants within the division for year end high point and or reserve. (For current show year) Bronze Merit Award - 50 points in any one division Silver Merit Award - 100 points in any one division Gold Merit Award - 200 points in any one division Supreme Champion - 500 points in any one division Versatility Champion - 200 points in each of three divisions
The awards are cumulative starting Jan.1 2011. You may take as long as you wish to work up to them. Awards will be given out at the annual banquet held by the Wisconsin Paint Horse Club each January.
